Congrats to December’s Employee Spotlight recipients Amanda Duke, Gaylene Desjarlais, Madison Stephens, and Maria Leidholt. We appreciate your passion and commitment you bring every day!  

The CQL workgroup set very ambitious goals designed to improve processes and services for people enrolled in Kalix programs. Every team member has been actively working on one of more sub-groups on each of the initiatives (using the discovery process in planning meetings, goal training and monitoring, POM training and monitoring, staff training initiatives, etc.), meeting regularly to report on progress and implementation. Each initiative is already having an impact, and will continue to strengthen our performance as an agency. Thanks to each team member for committing your time and energy to this project!

Congrats to October's Team Spotlight- Ashleigh, Rhonda, and Mickie for facilitating a volunteer effort at the Hostfest. A fellow volunteer noted that she appreciated the support and encouragement from the team, which made it a great experience!

Congrats to Ashley Flom for receiving September’s Employee Spotlight. Congrats to June’s Employee Spotlight recipients, McKayla Thompson and Alyson Rupe! Although McKayla regularly works in DayHab, she was nominated for her work while subbing for several weeks in Employment Services. She assisted two people on community placements to develop some job skills, including using Souris Basin Transportation, clocking in, and starting to work independently.... Read More
