Congrats to the Kalix Employee Spotlight recipients for April 2021 – Hailee Jacobs and Vanessa Lunde!

"I have been a direct support porfessional at Kalix for 8 years working in the Discovery program. Being an advocate for people who trust and depend on me is a huge part of my job. I build relationships and bonds with people that I wouldn't be able to do in any other field. The job flexibility, my terrific co-workers, and quality supervisors are other reasons I appreciate working at Kalix. Being a DSP can be challenging and hard - but it is also emotionally rewarding!" - Hailee Jacobs Vanessa Lunde - DSP, Community HAB; Vanessa supported several people through tough situations in one week while maintaining a positive attitude.
